We may not be able to accept your request depending on the day of the week or the reservation status, but we would like to be as flexible as possible. Please contact us.
About late check-out
Late check-out is not available as cleaning work will be required after check-out.
About smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Please bring a portable ashtray outdoors when smoking. However, smoking in public places is prohibited from 7 am to 9 am in Taito-ku(excluding public smoking areas). Please be careful.
About the elevator
This is a renovated old building, so there is no elevator.
About towel
Please note that in consideration of the environment, towels will only be replaced (replenished) if you stay for 3 nights or more.
